Located at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club development and only 20 minutes easy drive from Walt Disney World and a whole host of shops, bars, restaurants, and many of Orlando's premier attractions, it is the perfect base for your dream vacation.
Our villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning through-out, cable television (2 TVs), Hi-Fi Stereo (Radio/CD/Tape) , and a screened pool which can be heated in the colder winter months at an additional daily cost.
You will be within walking distance from the nearest bank, 24 hour hypermarket, local bar and restaurant while a whole host of shops, diners, and local attractions are all within close vicinity.
Being located at Southern Dunes also entitles you to access to the beautiful 18 hole Championship Golf Course and its many facilities including include a large community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, children's play area, and a large clubhouse complete with restaurant and bar. The course is considered one of the top ten in central Florida and is rated in the top 100 courses nationally.
The 13 by 26 foot pool is surrounded by a large patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the rays.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. A fence (removable) separates the pool from the deck for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa.
