Florida villa to rent on Sunset Ridge

Our villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 3 bedrooms (plus a double sofa bed, giving ample sleeping space for up to 8).

Contemporarily furnished throughout, you enter through the impressive entrance hall with archway through to the spacious family room and pool area beyond. The family room comes with ample seating, cable TV & DVD. The living areas provide an excellent balance between Florida open plan living and separation for some privacy. This is a villa with loads of space.

From the living area you have access by two routes to the kitchen and dining areas. What attracted us to this villa was the generous and clever layout, which gives excellent circulation and feeling of curiosity to discover what's around each corner. Although being essentially open plan the layout affords the ability to obtain some privacy without having to go into the bedrooms.

Off the family room is an archway leading to the large and fully equiped kitchen (American size fridge with ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, separate washer & dryer etc), and breakfast nook with table and chairs.The kitchen is large and has plenty of space for everyone to muck in.

Accessible from both the family room and kitchen is the large dining area, complete with a further TV & Playstation and breakfast bar separation from the kitchen.

Via patio doors to the rear you gain access to the large patio. There is a large covered area with table and chairs for escaping the sun, leading to the pool deck. The pool comes complete with a separate spa for that added bit of luxury. Designer sun loungers allow you to relax in comfort.

The large master bedroom (nearly 18' long) has a massive American king sized bed. The master on-suite has two washbasins with hollywood style lights & mirror over, bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle (large enough to share!), wc, and a walk-in closet which has plenty of space for your clothes.

2 further twin-bedded rooms each have double sized closets, and are served by a second bathroom.

The view from the rear of the house is over the lawned back garden complemented by a number of tropical plants and palms. There is enough room here to play badminton or volleyball, equipment for which is supplied. Beyond that there is a natural grassland area leading to the citrus grove owned by one of the local farmers, over which the sun sets each day.

The pool deck is also quite private as there are no villas to the rear. Immediate neighbours are both local residents, who do not have pools, thereby providing more privacy.

Our home is fully air conditioned for your comfort.

Pool heating is available at an additional charge and is recommended between November & March. All linen & towels are provided. Our friendly, efficient management company will be available if required.
