The gated community of Formosa Garden Estates features executive class properties on spacious lots. It is perfectly located for visiting the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away and WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is about 5 minutes drive.
An extended deck for all day sun surrounds our large 30 x18 foot very private swimming pool and luxury hot tub. There is a covered lanai with reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake. There is a pool safety fence provided to protect those who can't swim.
Furnished to a high standard by an interior design company and fully air-conditioned our spacious, 3,100 square foot villa sleeps eleven. There are two Master bedrooms with King size beds. They have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, sitting areas and TVs. There is also another Master bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are a further two rooms with a separate bathroom., one with twin beds and another full a full/twin bunk bed that can sleep three.
Each bedroom has a TV and the family room also has a DVD player with movies and a Playstation 2 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also a beautifully furnished games room with a high quality pool table, foosball (table football) and large plasma TV.
We have just completed redecorating both the inside and outside of Sanibel. We have also upgraded some of the furniture and the bedding. The pictures show the new colours and furnishings while the virtual tour will be updated shortly.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. If you are looking for accommodation for a larger party but don't all want to share the same house we also own two four bed homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake, which is central to Formosa Gardens community. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
