Our Villa - The Lake House was completed in June 2005. It has simply stunning views across the lake on Southern Dunes and occupies probably the best lot on the community. Every bedroom has a Lakeside view. The Pool Deck also overlooks the Lake and is South facing which has the potential to provide you with sun from early morning to early evening, with some great sunsets. The wildlife is fantastic. Just 20 minutes from the main Orlando attractions but you can relax away from the hustle and bustle back at The Lake House in the tranquil surroundings of the lake, or in the very spacious, fully equipped Games Room. Southern Dunes is a Gated Community and can provide you with Championship Golf, a great clubhouse and there are 3 other community pools + tennis courts, an exercise gym and a fishing jetty. Tastefully furnished in the Florida style with upgraded furnishings. The Lake House also has many safety/security features for a worry free time. There is a Lounge, a Family Room, a Games Room and 2 Dining areas all providing spacious accommodation and relaxation areas + that pool area with its stunning views. The Pool is 26 foot long and optional heating is available. A number of safety and security items have been installed - pool safety fence, pool alarms and a safe for your valuables.
